2009-11-26-1麻婆豆腐
做法:
豆腐 2塊
豬肉末 4両
蔥、薑、蒜 各少許
紅辣椒 
2條
2條油 3湯匙
高湯 1/2杯
調味:
糖 1小匙
太白粉 1小匙
酱油 3茶匙
做法:
a 將油燒熱炒蔥、薑、蒜紅辣椒及豬肉末、待豬肉變色、加醤油、糖及豆腐。
:[豆腐切大約1吋大小的方塊]
b加1/2杯高湯煮滾炆一下、太白粉勾欠。
MACARONI DINNER來一客通心牛肉麪
1.Heat in skillet
1/4 cup bacon fat or shortening
2.Add and brown ......1 lb. ground beef
3.Add
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup celery,diced
1 cup sliced carrots
4.Cook in 5 minutues
5Add......3and1/2 cooked or canned tomatoes
2 tablespoons chilli power
1 tablespoons salt
6.Cover and simmer 45 minutes
7.Arrange on hot dish...6oz.macaroni,cooked
8.Serve with meat sauce
Yield:4 servings
PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
1 Cup shotening or oil ..................Sift together:
1 Cup pernut butter .....................2 & 1/2 cup flour
2 beaten egg..................................1 & 1/2 tsp.baking powder
1/2 Cup white suger ....................1 & 1/2 tsp.soda
1 Cup brown suger
Mix together shortening and peanut butter until creamy.
Add sugar gradually and mix and add eggs.add flour
mixture add mix.Place in refigerator until cold.Form into
balls about 1" around and place on greased cookie sheet.
Flatten with fork dipped in flour making criss-cross
pattern.Bake 10-12min.in375F

Combine: 2 eggs,slightly beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp.salt
Dip into egg mixture for a few seconds;4-6slices bread
Cook on a well-greased griddle or skillet,Brown on one
side;turn the slices and brown other side.
Serve hot with jelly or syrup or hot applesause sprinkled
with cinnamon.

煮熟鸡蛋切開,挖蛋黃,蛋黃加鹽,美奶滋、芥末醤、醋混合填在挖開的煮熟蛋白上。

mayonnaise ,mustard and vinegar.Fill white with yolk mixture.
