FRENCH TOAST

Combine: 2 eggs,slightly beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp.salt
Dip into egg mixture for a few seconds;4-6slices bread

Cook on a well-greased griddle or skillet,Brown on one
side;turn the slices and brown other side.

Serve hot with jelly or syrup or hot applesause sprinkled
with cinnamon.
